A joint proposal by Osaka City University and Osaka Prefecture University has been selected for the Ministry of Education’s 2013 University Center of Community Program.
The Center of Community program called for proposals in which universities and local authorities commit to give special attention to the community in their education, research and social responsibility policy. It is the first year of the program and 52 proposals were selected from among 319.
