The OCU men’s coxed four rowing team reached second place in the 93rd All Japan Rowing Championship held from 10 to 13 September 2015 at the Toda Boat Course in Saitama Prefecture.

In total 24 teams -both university teams and non-university teams- from all over Japan competed. Although a boat of Kansai Electric Power Co. Ltd. came in first, the OCU crew was the highest scoring university team, thereby reaching the absolute top of university rowing in Japan.

This year marked the OCU rowing club’s 125th anniversary, now celebrated with the highest team achievement until now.
