The fair co-hosted by Osaka Prefecture University, Osaka City University and Osaka Urban Industry Promotion Center introduced both universities’ research seeds in a popular way. The fair is aimed at further promoting technology transfer from both universities to industrial world by providing technical consultation. After introducing activities of industry-academia-government cooperation in both universities, Chairman, President and CEO, Representative Director Motoi Oyama in Asics Corp. gave a keynote speech entitled “Current and future situation on Sports business”. 9 lecturers from OCU made presentations of research seeds. 390 people came to the fair and listened the presentations eagerly. Some participants asked about the details to researchers directly. Along with finding a new opportunity of industry-academia-government cooperation, Osaka Prefecture University and Osaka City University expect to promote local industry development and to contribute stimulation of economic activity.
