As one of Japan’s leading universities, and being committed to contributing to the resolution of various global issues, we are enthusiastic about hosting and publishing the outcomes of international conferences and symposiums in many fields of research. The OCU International Symposium was initiated in 1993. It gives the university an opportunity to promote advanced studies in science, culture and technology and to share information about the excellent research activities carried out at OCU. The program includes lectures that are open to the public, fortifying the link between the university and the international city of Osaka.
