On 23 April 2012 Dean of Research & Development and Professor at the Institute of Space Science of Taiwan's National Central University Yen-Hsyang Chu, together with Associate Professor at the Institute of Space Science Chi-Kuang Chao, paid a courtesy visit to the President of Osaka City University (OCU) Nishizawa.

It was the first meeting since the National Central University and OCU concluded an Academic Exchange Agreement in March of this year. Coming possibilities for exchange and cooperation were discussed and after the pleasant and positive meeting the official agreements were exchanged.
