The Tenure Track Promotion Program of the Ministry of Education gives extra funding to universities with a tenure-track system*, to create an environment in which young researchers can independently carry out research. The funding covers research costs of tenure track teaching staff. Three researchers have been selected for the 2013 funding.  

*the tenure track system allows young researchers who gained employment through a fair and transparent selection process, to build up independent research experience on a fixed term contract before proceeding to a full-time position, subject to a screening.
