On 10 April a group of 10 officers of the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) visited Osaka City University on the Global Outreach Programme of UNIMAS. The UNIMAS Global Outreach Programme gives its staff an opportunity to study the work system of other universities and to obtain additional international experience.

After a welcome by the OCU Vice-President for International Affairs Miyano, the group studied the working methods of the Admissions Office, Student Support Department, Facilities Management Department, Media Center and the Publicity & PR Office. It was a pleasure for us to host the group and an excellent chance to learn about Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
