The OCU selection criteria for privately financed international students who would like to start studying at the undergraduate level from April 2015 are now available on-line (平成27（2015）年度私費外国人留学生入学者選抜要項, only available in Japanese). 

The selection criteria specify the requirements (including the necessary scores in the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students), application procedure and exam dates to apply for entry to Osaka City University.

The official application forms will become available at the end of November 2014.
