On 18 January 2017 a delegation from Jeju National University (Korea) visited OCU for a meeting about university-industry cooperation. The visit was hosted by the Research Center for Industry Innovation who explained about the support and facilities available at OCU for university-industry cooperation, funding, cooperative research outcomes, and university research spin-offs. The group was welcomed with a speech by Dr. Michio Miyano (Advisor to the President).

Jeju National University and OCU have had a university-wide academic exchange agreement in place since 2013. The visit was a valuable chance to learn from each other’s experiences in university-industry collaboration.
