The OCU selection criteria for privately financed international students who would like to start studying at the undergraduate level from April 2018 are now available on-line 平成30（2018）年度私費外国人留学生募集要項 (only available in Japanese).

The selection criteria specify the requirements (including the necessary scores in the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students), application procedures and exam dates to apply for entry to Osaka City University.

The official application forms will become available in October.
