On Wednesday 27 February, 2019, a briefing session for doctoral students at Osaka City University (OCU) to apply to the “JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship for Overseas Researchers (Standard Program), was held at the Global Village.

Section Chief of Global Exchange Office served a lecturer and 13 students currently enrolling in the graduate school doctoral courses at OCU participated in the session. Outline of the JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowships for Research in Japan, selection results and how to write an application form were all explained in English. The active Q & A session followed after the explanation, where the participants showed their enthusiasm toward application to this program.

Global Exchange Office will continue to support international students at OCU to participate actively in Japan.
