AY 2019 September Graduation/Degree Conferment Ceremony was held in the Alumni Hall, Takahara Hall, Sugimoto Campus, Osaka City University on Monday 30 September, 2019. Diplomas were awarded to each student by President Arakawa.

A total of 61 students were present, including 10 who received degrees on 28 June (6 Ph. D. degree and 4 Ph. D. degree by thesis) and 51 who received degrees on 30 September (31 Bachelor’s degree, 1 Master’s degree, 11 Ph. D. degree, 5 Ph. D. degree by thesis and 3 Juris Doctor degree).

In President Arakawa's congratulatory address he encouraged the graduating students to be active not only in Japan but also on the world stage.
