“Cooking with President” was held at the Global Village, OCU Sugimoto Campus during lunch time on Wednesday, 21 May. It was the 7th “Cooking with President”.
President Arakawa introduced “Bamboo shoots” this time. He used bamboo shoots grown in the Sugimoto Campus and cooked "Takenoko gohan" with his own recipe, then served to students. The students who were divided into several tables enjoyed “Takenoko gohan” while exchanging cross-cultural talks.
