 About this project.

Students from the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences in the Faculty of Life Sciences and the Department of Food and Health Sciences in the Graduate School of Life Sciences promote good health and a balanced diet through the development of original menus that use seasonal ingredients and special seasonings available in the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store – where they also distribute the recipe cards.

Each iteration sees a unique theme and recipes developed with great ingenuity.
