Elevate your Autumn with low-sugar recipes

Students from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Life Science and the Department of Food and Human Health Sciences, Graduate School of Human Life Science have released their Original Recipe Cards for November 2021. The theme this time is “Elevate your Autumn with low-sugar recipes”. Autumn is the season when we can enjoy a lot of delicious food. Would you like some of these treats? Give them a try.

What is the original recipe card design project?

 Students from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Life Science and Department of Food and Human Health Sciences, Graduate School of Human Life Science creates menus consisting of original recipes that help people maintain a balanced diet and good health using seasonal components and special seasonings - available in the grocery section of the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Department Store).
