OCU student-developed recipes that let you "feel spring"

Students from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Life Science and Department of Food and Human Health Sciences, Graduate School of Human Life Science are pleased to announce the release of their original recipe cards for March 2021. The theme is "Let's feel spring". It is the season for new things to begin. Why don't you try a recipe that feels like spring?

 What is the original recipe card design project?
Students from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Life Science and Department of Food and Human Health Sciences, Graduate School of Human Life Science develop menus consisting of original recipes that help people maintain a balanced diet and good health using seasonal ingredients and special seasonings. They are available in the grocery section of the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store.
 Each time, creative and ingenious recipes are developed around a unique theme.
