In April 2014 Osaka City University (OCU) and the University of Seoul (UOS), South-Korea concluded a university-wide academic exchange agreement. The agreement builds on two inter-faculty agreements that were already in place since 2009:  between the OCU Urban Research Plaza and the UOS Institute for Urban Humanities, and between the OCU Graduate School for Literature and Human Science and the UOS College of Humanities, College of Urban Sciences and Graduate School. Under the new agreement student and scholarly exchange will be possible between all faculties and graduate schools. 

Osaka City University and the University of Seoul share their background as city universities, both with a special focus on urban studies. We are hoping for many active and fruitful student and research exchange projects.
